The hands behind the work
I'm Calvin, seven years in decorating, microcement and Venetian plaster, working with an extensive range of materials. Media walls, tables, feature walls, bathrooms, salons, showrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, full ground-floor microcement floors. Residential and commercial, across Greater Manchester, Liverpool, Preston and beyond. If it has a surface, I've probably finished it.
I gained that experience working with another company and I'm grateful for it. But it's time to show the world my style of application.
My preferred style is to make a wall unique, layering different natural materials to build depth and colour variation you can't get any other way.
For me it's all in the details. Internal and external corners, sharp lines, the parts most people never think about, that's what separates a good finish from a great one. Get those right and the whole job looks like it belongs.
On general decorating, a seamless finish comes down to the prep. Dustless sanding, proper preparation, and high-quality trade paints as a non-negotiable. On specialist finishes I get to be creative, metallics with a suede effect, limewash for colour depth and tonal variation. That's the part I enjoy most.
Family man, but dedicated to the craft. I take great pride and care in everything I do, and I respect your house like it's my own.
